This 2000 square foot condo was taken down to the concrete walls and custom built using quality finishings throughout.

A Claw-foot tub, basketweave marble mosaic tiled floor and simple subway tiles gives this once dated bathroom a classic and elegant new look.

Main Floor Renovation In Progress
The architect designed on this project designed the space to be bright and open. All of the interior walls were removed and steel I-beams were inserted to create the space.

Cigar room addition
This project involved turing a portion of the garage into a useable indoor space . The back wall was opened to create a walk-out to the pool and an HRV extraction system ensures the house remains smoke free.
